Mdu Thabethe, a sole proprietor trading as MyDream Fund, is the data controller for the personal data we collect through this site. Contact us at support@mydreamfund.co.za.

2. What we collect

  • Account data: name, email, optional phone number.
  • Order data: webinar registrations, payment status, replay access window.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser, and basic analytics for security and fraud prevention.

3. How we use it

  • To deliver the webinars and replays you've registered for, including sending the Zoom link and reminders.
  • To process payments and provide invoices (via Paddle).
  • To respond to support requests and operate our service.
  • To comply with legal obligations (tax, accounting, fraud prevention).

4. Who we share data with

  • Paddle.com Market Ltd — our Merchant of Record. Paddle processes your payment and, where applicable, your tax data. See paddle.com/legal/privacy.
  • Supabase / Lovable Cloud — hosting, authentication, and database infrastructure.
  • Zoom Video Communications — live webinar delivery.
  • Email delivery providers used by our hosting platform.

5. Retention

We keep account and order data for as long as your account is active and for up to 7 years after to comply with tax and accounting obligations.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or export of your personal data by emailing support@mydreamfund.co.za. Where applicable under POPIA / GDPR, you may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

7. Cookies

We use strictly-necessary cookies for sign-in and security. Paddle's checkout iframe may set its own cookies for fraud prevention; see Paddle's privacy notice for details.
