Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 2026/08/01.

1. Who we are

These Terms govern your use of the MyDream Fund website and the live webinars and replay materials offered through it ("Services"). The Services are provided by Mdu Thabethe, a sole proprietor trading as MyDream Fund ("we", "us"). You can contact us at support@mydreamfund.co.za.

2. Merchant of Record

Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), which acts as the Merchant of Record (reseller) for our Services. Paddle handles billing, tax compliance, invoicing, fraud prevention, and chargebacks. Paddle's terms of use also apply to your purchase: paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.

3. Eligibility & acceptable use

You must be 18+ and able to enter a binding contract. You agree not to share login or Zoom access with third parties, redistribute replay recordings, reverse-engineer the Services, or use them to infringe any law or third-party right.

4. Intellectual property

All webinar content, slides, recordings, and materials are owned by MyDream Fund or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to view your purchased session(s) and replays for the access window stated at purchase.

5. Suspension

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, share access, attempt to defraud, or initiate a chargeback without first contacting support.

6. Refunds & transfers

See our Refund Policy.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid for the Service that gave rise to the claim. Webinar content is for educational purposes and is not financial or legal advice.

8. Changes & governing law

We may update these Terms; the latest version is always available on this page. These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
