Refund Policy

Free transfers

If you cannot attend a session you've registered for, you can transfer your seat to any future session of the same topic at no charge. Transfers are self-service from your My registrations page and must be initiated at least 24 hours before the original session starts.

14-day refund window

If no future session of the same topic works for you, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date, provided you have not yet attended the live session or watched the replay. Email support@mydreamfund.co.za with your order details. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Bundle refunds

Bundle purchases are eligible for refund within 14 days only if no session in the bundle has been attended and no replay has been viewed. If you've used part of the bundle, we'll offer a free transfer for the remaining sessions instead.

How to request

Email support@mydreamfund.co.za with the email address you used at checkout and your Paddle order ID (in your confirmation email). We'll respond within 2 business days.
